AmazingGreens ("we", "us") delivers fresh food from small producer families in the Colonias, Paraguay, to customers through our mobile app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Delivery location: the delivery point you drop as a pin on the map (approximate GPS coordinates) and any delivery notes you add. We do not track your device location in the background; you set the pin yourself.
• Orders: the items you order and your order history.
• Preferences: your chosen app language.
• Sign-in information: if you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from that provider to create your account. We never receive your Apple or Google password.

How we use your information

• Create and manage your account.
• Prepare, route, and deliver your orders to your chosen location.
• Contact you about your orders and provide customer support.
• Operate, secure, and improve the app.

Payments

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. We do not collect or store credit card or bank details in the app.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Our delivery team receives the name, phone number, delivery location and notes required to bring you your order.
• Supabase, our hosting and database provider, stores the app's data on our behalf.
• Apple and Google, if you choose to sign in with them.
• Where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app: go to More → Delete account. This removes your account, profile, saved location and order history. You can also contact us to request deletion.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected with access controls so that only you and authorized staff can access what is needed to serve you.

Children

AmazingGreens is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
